Equily är en digital hästcoach. För att kunna ge råd som är anpassade till just din häst behöver vi behandla vissa uppgifter om dig och din träning. Den här policyn beskriver vilka uppgifter det handlar om, varför vi behandlar dem, vem de delas med och vilka rättigheter du har.

E-postadress, lösenord (lagras endast som kryptografisk hash – vi kan aldrig se det), namn om du anger det, valt språk och tidpunkt för din senaste inloggning.
Hästens namn, födelseår, ras, kön, gren, temperament och foton. Träningspass, mål, dagsformsnoteringar, tränaranteckningar, stallhändelser samt hälsouppgifter du själv väljer att registrera: vaccinationer, avmaskning, träckprov och påminnelsedatum. Uppgifter om hästar är inte personuppgifter i sig, men de kopplas till ditt konto och behandlas därför inom ramen för den här policyn.
Foton du bifogar i frågor till coachen, stillbilder som tas ut ur träningsvideor för analys, samt dokument du laddar upp i Hästmappen (till exempel försäkringsbrev, hästpass, fakturor och veterinärintyg). Sådana dokument kan innehålla personuppgifter om dig eller om tredje part – ladda bara upp det du behöver.
Appversion, ungefärlig plats (ortsnivå) när väderdata hämtas vid incheckning, samt push-token om du aktiverar notiser. Vi loggar tekniska fel för att kunna rätta dem.
Om du tecknar en prenumeration hanteras kortuppgifter av vår betalleverantör. Vi lagrar aldrig fullständiga kortnummer, endast betalningsstatus och prenumerationens giltighetstid.

När du ställer en fråga, genererar ett träningspass eller laddar upp material för analys skickas relevant innehåll – din fråga, sammanfattad hästprofil, senaste träningshistorik och eventuella bilder – till Anthropic, som tillhandahåller språkmodellen bakom Equily. Anthropic behandlar uppgifterna som personuppgiftsbiträde åt oss, enbart för att generera svaret. Materialet används inte för att träna deras modeller.
Vi skickar bara det som behövs för det aktuella svaret. Dokument i Hästmappen kan klassificeras automatiskt av AI när du laddar upp dem – du kan välja bort detta genom att hoppa över AI-klassningen vid uppladdningen.
Ditt samtycke krävs. Innan någon information skickas till Anthropic första gången visar appen exakt vad som skickas och ber om ditt godkännande. Du kan när som helst återkalla samtycket under Inställningar → AI-funktioner; då stängs AI-funktionerna av och inget mer skickas.
Detta skickas till Anthropic vid ett AI-anrop: texten du skriver till coachen och de senaste meddelandena i konversationen, hästens namn, ras, ålder och kön, dina journalanteckningar, träningspass och hälsonoteringar när de behövs för svaret, samt foton, dokumentbilder och videobildrutor som du själv bifogar. Ditt namn, din e-postadress och dina betalningsuppgifter skickas aldrig.
Anthropic behandlar uppgifterna som personuppgiftsbiträde åt oss, enligt biträdesavtal och EU:s standardavtalsklausuler för överföring till USA. Uppgifterna används inte för att träna AI-modeller, säljs inte vidare och raderas efter behandlingen.
Det du skriver till coachen sparas som din konversationshistorik i högst 90 dagar och kan när som helst rensas av dig i appen. Skriv inte in känsliga personuppgifter om dig själv eller andra som du inte vill ska lagras – de behövs inte för rådgivningen.
Viktigt: Equily ger allmän, kunskapsbaserad vägledning och ersätter aldrig veterinär, hovslagare eller professionell tränare. Svaren kan innehålla fel. Fatta inga beslut om hästens hälsa enbart utifrån appen.
Vi säljer aldrig dina uppgifter. Vi anlitar följande personuppgiftsbiträden, som alla är bundna av biträdesavtal:

Väderdata hämtas från Open-Meteo. Endast en avrundad koordinat skickas – inga uppgifter som kan kopplas till dig.
Vi kan även lämna ut uppgifter om vi är skyldiga till det enligt lag eller myndighetsbeslut.
Vissa av våra leverantörer behandlar uppgifter i USA. Sådana överföringar sker med stöd av EU-kommissionens standardavtalsklausuler och, där det är tillämpligt, EU–US Data Privacy Framework, kompletterat med tekniska skyddsåtgärder som kryptering under överföring och lagring.

Equily använder inga cookies för marknadsföring eller spårning. Vi sparar inloggningssession och vissa inställningar lokalt i din enhet för att appen ska fungera – det är nödvändigt för tjänsten och kräver inte samtycke. Du kan rensa detta genom att logga ut eller rensa webbläsardata.
Equily riktar sig till personer som fyllt 13 år. Är du under 13 år behöver din vårdnadshavare skapa och administrera kontot. Vi samlar inte medvetet in uppgifter om barn under 13 år, och raderar sådana uppgifter om vi får kännedom om dem.
All trafik krypteras med TLS. Åtkomst till data styrs på radnivå i databasen så att du bara kommer åt dina egna uppgifter. Lösenord lagras hashade. Uppladdade dokument ligger i lagring med åtkomstkontroll kopplad till ditt konto. Vi begränsar den interna åtkomsten till det som krävs för drift och support.
Vi kan behöva uppdatera policyn när tjänsten utvecklas. Datumet högst upp visar när den senast ändrades. Vid väsentliga ändringar informerar vi dig i appen eller via e-post innan de börjar gälla.

Equily is a digital horse coach. To give advice tailored to your particular horse we need to process certain information about you and your training. This policy describes what information that is, why we process it, who it is shared with, and what rights you have.

Email address, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash — we can never see it), your name if you provide one, chosen language, and the time of your most recent login.
The horse's name, year of birth, breed, sex, discipline, temperament and photos. Training sessions, goals, daily condition notes, trainer notes, stable events, and the health data you choose to record: vaccinations, deworming, faecal samples and reminder dates. Information about horses is not personal data as such, but it is linked to your account and is therefore covered by this policy.
Photos you attach to questions for the coach, still frames extracted from training videos for analysis, and documents you upload to the Horse Folder (for example insurance papers, passports, invoices and veterinary certificates). Such documents may contain personal data about you or about third parties — only upload what you need.
App version, approximate location (town level) when weather data is retrieved at check-in, the device's language and time zone, and a push token if you enable notifications. We log technical errors in order to fix them.
If you take out a subscription, card details are handled by our payment provider. We never store full card numbers, only payment status and the validity period of the subscription.

When you ask a question, generate a training session or upload material for analysis, the relevant content — your question, a summarised horse profile, recent training history and any images — is sent to Anthropic, who provide the language model behind Equily. Anthropic processes the data as our data processor, solely to generate the response. The material is not used to train their models.
We only send what is needed for the response in question. Documents in the Horse Folder may be classified automatically by AI when you upload them — you can opt out of this by skipping AI classification during upload.
Your consent is required. Before any information is sent to Anthropic for the first time, the app shows exactly what will be sent and asks for your approval. You can withdraw consent at any time under Settings → AI features; the AI features are then turned off and nothing further is sent.
This is sent to Anthropic on an AI request: the text you write to the coach and the most recent messages in the conversation, the horse's name, breed, age and sex, your journal entries, training sessions and health notes when needed for the answer, and any photos, document images or video frames you attach yourself. Your name, email address and payment details are never sent.
Anthropic processes the data as our data processor, under a data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers to the USA. The data is not used to train AI models, is not sold on, and is deleted after processing.
What you write to the coach is stored as your conversation history for at most 90 days and can be cleared by you in the app at any time. Do not enter sensitive personal data about yourself or others that you do not want stored — it is not needed for the guidance.
Important: Equily provides general, knowledge-based guidance and never replaces a veterinarian, farrier or professional trainer. Responses may contain errors. Do not make decisions about your horse's health on the basis of the app alone.
We never sell your data. We use the following data processors, all bound by data processing agreements:

Weather data is retrieved from Open-Meteo. Only a rounded coordinate is sent — no information that can be linked to you.
We may also disclose information where we are required to by law or by a decision of a public authority.
Some of our providers process data in the United States. Such transfers are made under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented by technical safeguards such as encryption in transit and at rest.

Equily uses no cookies for marketing or tracking. We store your login session and certain settings locally on your device so that the app can function — this is necessary for the service and does not require consent. You can clear it by logging out or clearing browser data.
Equily is intended for people aged 13 and over. If you are under 13, a guardian must create and administer the account. We do not knowingly collect data about children under 13, and we delete such data if we become aware of it.
All traffic is encrypted with TLS. Access to data is controlled at row level in the database so that you can only reach your own information. Passwords are stored hashed. Uploaded documents are held in storage with access control tied to your account. We limit internal access to what is required for operations and support.
We may need to update this policy as the service develops. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. For material changes we will inform you in the app or by email before they take effect.
